About the Role

Rambus is seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing business growth plans at key strategic accounts.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute business growth plans at key strategic accounts
  • Accountable for delivering revenue and design wins
  • Forecast long-term demand and near-term revenue
  • Responsible for assessing current opportunities, resources, and capabilities needed to meet or exceed sales plan
  • Responsible for developing and executing innovative sales approaches to drive revenue and profitability growth
  • Maintain and grow the existing customer base while increasing Rambus' focus on pursuing and investing in new high-value accounts
  • Work with Rambus Interface IP and Security BU marketing to develop account strategies based on market analysis and customer segmentation
  • Build processes to understand customer current/future requirements, detect market trends, and align Rambus' product development, manufacturing capabilities, and investment strategy
  • Work closely with the Rambus Business Units to successfully introduce new products on critical launch calendars
  • Develop and build senior-level relationships internal and external to major accounts and targets

Qualifications

  • BSEE/MSEE
  • 5+ years of experience in semiconductor sales, customer engagement, or field marketing and technical support
  • Practical experience of semiconductor IP, Foundry, ASIC, and EDA tools
  • Experience with Security IP, SerDes, Memory IP, broad array of Interface IPs, and ASIC services
  • Goal/target-oriented, proven track record in customer development, and strong desire to achieve customer satisfaction
  • Strong project management and negotiating skills
  • Excellent presentation skills
