Senior Sales Director

As a Senior Sales Director at Zebra, you will be responsible for leading a team of sales managers and senior sales managers to achieve sales success. You will be expected to develop and execute sales plans, manage budgets, and supervise costs, methods, and staffing. You will also be responsible for establishing operational objectives and delegating assignments to subordinates. This role requires a proven strategic thinker who can make go-to-market strategy and operating practice changes that get results. You will be considered an industry expert by employees, peers, customers, and competitors. You will act as a resource to business unit general management and be responsible for developing a portion of the business unit annual and long-term plans.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales success
Manage budgets and supervise costs, methods, and staffing
Establish operational objectives and delegate assignments to subordinates
Make go-to-market strategy and operating practice changes that get results
Act as a resource to business unit general management
Qualifications:
Advanced degree or equivalent experience
12+ years of applicable work experience
Proven sales leadership and management skills
Ability to develop and execute sales plans and manage budgets
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills
