Job Summary:
As a Senior Sales Account Manager at SC Johnson Asia, you will play a key role in driving sales strategy execution and business growth. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing sales plans, managing a team of sales professionals, and ensuring sales targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales plans to achieve sales targets
- Manage a team of sales professionals to ensure sales targets are met
- Monitor and control sales expenses to ensure effective use of company resources
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and partners
- Provide sales training and coaching to sales team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth
Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales management experience in FMCG industry
- Proven track record of driving sales growth and meeting sales targets
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
