Senior Regional Account Manager


As a Senior Regional Account Manager at dsm-firmenich, you will be the key partner for a major key global account (Coca-Cola) in China, responsible for managing dsm-firmenich's long-term business development for all categories in Taste.


Key Responsibilities



  • Manage dsm-firmenich long term business development for all categories in Taste with a major key global account (Coca-Cola) in China.
  • Lead and manage the account on a regional level to grow sales and profitability according to the set global and regional objectives.
  • Provide category leadership on sales activities, ensuring global consistency.
  • Lead the business strategy and growth for Asia, coordinating local account management activities in the region.
  • Manage customer projects, collaborating with BU teams, support functions, and Ingredient Solutions within Taste, Texture, and Health.

Requirements



  • At least 10 years of successful experience in the international Food industry.
  • Food industry technical knowledge and beverage experience is an advantage.
  • Advanced Sales and Negotiation skills, with the ability to develop successful client relationships with large accounts.
  • Thorough business acumen and entrepreneurial mindset, coupled with a sound ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Outstanding interpersonal and influential skills, with a thorough team player mindset and collaborative behaviour.
