Senior Sales Account Manager

This role is designed to drive business growth and develop sales channels in Beijing's suburban counties. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing sales activities in their assigned region, including sales targets, sales events, and expense management.
Main Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets, execute sales plans, and achieve business objectives
- Develop and implement sales strategies for assigned clients, including direct customers, wholesalers, and retailers
- Manage sales budgets, control expenses, and ensure effective use of company resources
- Monitor and manage inventory levels, ensure timely delivery, and maintain good relationships with distributors and retailers
- Assist in managing inventory and accounts receivable, ensuring optimal inventory levels and manageable accounts receivable
- Process and verify expenses, and allocate market expenses in a reasonable and efficient manner
- Provide timely and accurate market feedback to the company, including market trends, competition, challenges, and opportunities
- Bachelor's degree or higher
- At least 5 years of experience in sales management
- Experience and ability to manage distributors and wholesalers in Beijing's suburban counties
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify business opportunities
- Strong work attitude, responsibility, adaptability, and stress tolerance
- Ability to manage and motivate teams to achieve common goals
- Effective customer management, with the ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Full-time position
- May require business trips based on business needs
