Senior Sales Account Manager

At SC Johnson Professional, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Associate to join our Sales Account Management team. This role will be responsible for driving business growth, developing new sales channels, and managing sales operations in the designated region.
Key Responsibilities:- Meet and exceed sales targets for the designated region, ensuring timely collection of payments and successful execution of plans and goals.
- Develop and implement sales strategies for key clients, including direct sales, distribution, and retail partnerships.
- Manage and train sales teams, including distributors and retail partners, to enhance sales performance and market share.
- Oversee budget execution, control, and supervision, ensuring effective and transparent use of resources.
- Monitor and manage inventory, accounts receivable, and other sales-related metrics to ensure optimal performance.
- Develop and implement sales promotions, discounts, and other incentives to drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Lead and manage sales teams to achieve sales targets and business objectives.
- Bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field.
- At least 8 years of sales experience, with a proven track record of managing large sales teams and achieving significant sales growth.
- Strong knowledge of the local market, including customer relationships and channel resources.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify sales opportunities and develop effective strategies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate sales teams to achieve business objectives.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth.
