We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Retail Account Manager to join our team at Haleon. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for managing our retail partnerships and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and increase revenue.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, including Hema.
- Collaborate with internal teams to develop and implement portfolio, new product, and customer marketing strategies.
- Manage client ROI and work with the finance team to track and analyze quarterly and annual expenses.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive new retail channel growth and product development.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, client management, and retail operations, with a focus on new retail and O2O management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
- Knowledge: Fast-moving consumer goods industry, conflict management, sales negotiation.
- Personal traits: Intelligent, optimistic, curious, honest, and straightforward.
- Competencies: Business acumen, leadership, innovation, collaboration, and effective communication.
