About the Role

This position is a key member of the Consumer Sales Organization at Microsoft, responsible for driving sales of Devices & Creativity products in the GCR markets. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of sales leadership, with experience in partner management and development.

Responsibilities

The Senior Sales Partner Manager will be responsible for:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth in the GCR markets
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners and distributors
  • Leading cross-functional teams to drive sales engine targets and SMB growth plans
  • Managing SMB business plans, key solution plays, and program offerings to achieve joint outcomes on our online sales channel
  • Evaluating customer and/or partner program performance in local market and predicting the likelihood of sustained or increased returns
