Pricing Territory Manager

This role is responsible for overseeing all pricing-related territories. The successful candidate will implement corporate policies, strategies, and compile reports on metrics for management review, identifying opportunities for improvement. They will be accountable for compliance and system management, including Sharepoint, Oracle, and Pricing Analysis, as well as serving as an internal point of contact for daily operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead statistical analysis on pricing data and information to ensure timely capture of internal and external dynamics.

Develop periodic reports in accordance with business needs.

Maintain online systems, verifying data accuracy and acting as liaison among global teams, system providers, local management, and all involved functions.

Drive the implementation of agreed actions, influence customer end participants to deliver results-oriented outcomes.

Prepare and facilitate review/decision-making processes, ensuring internal audits and external audits are fully met.

Review and verify evidence for price creation, change, extension, and abort.

Leveling Criteria:

Receives little instruction on day-to-day work, general instructions on new assignments. Anticipates change and determines and develops approaches to solutions.

Introduces fresh ideas and creative solutions to stimulate discussion and thinking in both internal and external situations.

Improves, changes, or adapts existing methods or techniques.

Being proactive under challenging pressures, and able to react with short notice or outside office hours.

Qualifications:

A college degree and 4-6 years of relevant experience (i.e., Bachelors degree) or a graduate degree and 2-4 years of experience (i.e., Masters degree) or a higher level degree and 0-2 years of experience (i.e., Doctorate degree).

Must be a team player able to work in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to handle multiple competing tasks and demands.

Strong communication skills; oral, written, and presentation in English.

Strong organization, planning, and time management skills to achieve results.

Strong personal and professional ethical values and integrity.

Holds self-accountable to achieving goals and standards.

Proficient in Microsoft Office programs (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel).

Strong interpersonal & collaboration skills to work effectively with all levels of the organization including suppliers and/or external customers.
