About Your Role:

As a key member of our team, you will drive margin improvement across our brands by partnering with Product Merchandising, Brand Management, Brand Finance, and Supply Chain throughout the Pricing and Costing Process. This includes providing financial support during preliminary line reviews and analyzing price and cost information at three main points (Margin Review Meetings): line close, before wholesale sales meetings, and after actual orders receipt from the customer.

You will provide summaries of these touchpoints to Executive Management for each brand and each season, as well as periodic dashboards and reports on our margin trending.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Assist Margin sign off processes across APAC brands
  • Provide Analytics & Reports that support the Brand Margin Review Meetings with Executive Leadership, Brand Management, Product Merchandising, and Operations
  • Analyze price, volume, and cost to determine financial impact and margin performance
  • Understand foreign exchange and commodity trends to ensure pricing strategy and margin is maintained
  • Team with Sourcing to understand product cost assumptions that feed into the financial plan and support business decisions
  • Pricing scenario modeling and performing 'what-if' analysis
  • Bring to life the business narratives behind the underlying financial data
  • Partner with Global Pricing and Costing teams to drive for data consistency and transparency

  • Proficient computer skills (Advanced MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Experience with SAP, IBM Cognos, Power BI and Tableau a plus
  • Able to multi-task, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent in English, added proficiency in Cantonese or Mandarin is also preferred
Estimated Salary:

$120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience and qualifications
