Sales Representative for Patent Database Software

We are seeking a skilled sales representative to join our team at Clarivate. As a sales representative for patent database software, you will be responsible for selling our software solutions to customers in the central region. This includes providing excellent customer service, identifying new sales opportunities, and working closely with our data and product teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with existing and new customers
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Collaborate with the data and product teams to stay up-to-date on product knowledge and customer needs
- Meet or exceed sales targets and business objectives
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have a bachelor's degree or higher in a relevant field, preferably with a technical background. You will also have at least 5 years of sales experience in the software industry, with a proven track record of success. You will be able to communicate effectively with customers, identify their business needs, and provide tailored solutions to meet those needs. You will also be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent time management and organizational skills.
