About the Job

As a Channel Sales Representative at Agilent, you will be responsible for managing the sales of clinical flow products, including flow cytometers and flow reagents, through our authorized distributors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve annual sales targets with our distributors.
  • Manage key accounts and build strong relationships with our customers.
  • Improve the sales channel by selecting, managing, promoting, and improving existing channels.
  • Collaborate with the Sales Manager to plan and execute marketing strategies.
  • Support the Market Department and Technical Department in executing market activities.
  • Gather, summarize, and feedback market information.
  • Implement and execute company market strategies.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of sales experience in the pharmaceutical market or IVD market, with proven sales performance and ability to handle pressure.
  • 3+ years of experience in managing distributors.
  • Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to achieving results.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to serve team members and prioritize teamwork and collaboration.
  • Experience in participating in market strategy development and implementation.
  • Fluent English language skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
