Job Summary:
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a seasoned sales leader to drive growth and customer satisfaction in the HC Channel. As Senior Director, HC Channel, you will lead sales strategies, develop customer relationships, and optimize sales plans to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to retain and expand customer relationships in HC Channel.
- Engage with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored solutions.
- Lead market research efforts to predict consumer behavior and inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in consumer goods industry and sales/marketing or major account management.
- 10+ years of experience managing professional sales teams.
- Exceptional analytical, verbal, and written communication skills.
