People Management:

  • Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
  • Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the sales function.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
  • Over 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the auto industry.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue increases.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
