Main Responsibilities:
Strategy Development and Implementation:
- Develop and execute annual strategic plans to drive business growth in the auto industry.
- Manage business performance against budget and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Sales and Marketing Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners in the auto industry.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to inform sales and marketing activities.
People Management:
- Lead and manage a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives.
- Recruit, develop, and retain top talent in the sales function.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Over 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles, preferably in the auto industry.
- Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue increases.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
