The Opportunity:

As a key member of the Agoda team, the Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships will drive revenue growth through partnerships with third-party providers and distribution channels. This role involves account management, optimization, and implementation of key growth initiatives across Booking Holdings brands.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and optimize partnerships.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and drive business fulfillment.
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Proactively manage accounts to promote top and bottom-line performance growth.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and account management.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate value proposition to external partners.

Competencies:

  • Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the travel industry.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills.
  • Professional attitude and work ethics.
