Strategic Partnerships Director

The Opportunity:
As a key member of the Agoda team, the Associate Director, Strategic Partnerships will drive revenue growth through partnerships with third-party providers and distribution channels. This role involves account management, optimization, and implementation of key growth initiatives across Booking Holdings brands.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive revenue growth and optimize partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to leverage resources and drive business fulfillment.
- Identify new opportunities for growth and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
- Proactively manage accounts to promote top and bottom-line performance growth.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal and written).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and account management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate value proposition to external partners.
Competencies:
- Self-starter with ability to deal with ambiguity.
- Proven experience in sales and account management, preferably in the travel industry.
- Strong numerical and analytical skills.
- Professional attitude and work ethics.
