Strategic Partnerships Director

The Opportunity
We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Partnerships Director to drive revenue growth through partnerships with third-party providers, financial institutions, airlines, loyalty programs, online affiliates, and travel agencies. This role will focus on account management, optimization, and implementation of key growth partner initiatives across Agoda and Booking.com brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key partners to drive business growth.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for partnerships.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement partnership strategies.
- Monitor and report on partnership performance, identifying areas for improvement.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Mandarin (verbal & written).
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree required.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in business development and account management.
- Ability to communicate value proposition to external partners.
