Strategic Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Director to lead our sales and customer account management activities for RT Mart. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth and retention of our customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities- Account Development and Planning: Develop and implement account development plans to retain and expand current customer relationships, ensuring high-quality customer service and issue resolution.
- Customer Insights and Analysis: Identify customer business requirements by assessing customer needs and suggesting appropriate products, services, and/or solutions.
- Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop short to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
- Channel Planning and Execution: Lead key channel specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution.
- Partnership Development: Proactively work with CCMG team, Marketing, Franchise & Commercial Leadership, Bottlers to pioneer a seamless approach on winning in market and capabilities buildings.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing, proven record of key account management.
