Under the guidance of an Account Manager or Account Director, you'll be responsible for managing projects, client relationships, and internal team management. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Helping to organize and manage client engagements from briefings to project completion
  • Managing project timelines and ensuring timely delivery of project deliverables
  • Building strong relationships with clients and internal teams
  • Ensuring 100% client satisfaction
  • Delivering projects on-time and within budget
  • Following up on proper invoicing and collections
