About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced account manager to drive operations and executive conversations with our key partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or marketing and be able to contribute to special projects across various functions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account growth strategies to meet business objectives.
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with our key partners, understanding their needs and providing solutions to drive business growth.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
- Provide market insights and analysis to inform business decisions.
About the Team
We are a strategic software-as-a-service launched by Amazon for the global consumer goods industry. Our mission is to build a global service that enables consumer brands and consumers to trace the origin of items throughout the supply chain, ensuring only authentic items enter the supply chain. Our customers include individual consumer brands who sell both on and off of Amazon direct and through a network of direct and third-party sellers.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing experience.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience.
- Knowledge of procurement and source to pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Experience exceeding sales targets using a consultative, solutions-focused approach.
