Strategic Accounts Program Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Accounts Program Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited. As a key member of our Strategic Accounts team, you will be responsible for building and implementing operational foundations for our Strategic Accounts Team, including mechanisms and tools for business planning, reviews to improve teams operational efficiency.
This role will also be driving ESM level strategic projects with global and cross-functional stakeholders. Therefore, this role requires data-driven analytical skills, program management capability and influencing skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Building operational foundation/mechanisms for Strategic Account Management Team.
- Working with BI team on creating and optimizing dashboards/data tools to enable team's analytical tasks.
- Owning business planning/forecasting and working with central planning team for goal alignment and tracking.
- Driving project alignments across cross-functional and global stakeholders.
- 'Invent and Simplifying' existing procedures and innovate for business evolvement.
