Requirements and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing, proven record of key account management.
  • Demonstrated ability to identify customer business requirements and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
  • Experience in developing short to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
  • Proven ability to design and implement toolkits (POS visibility, media, bespoke marketing programs) to drive heightened incidence with partners.
  • Experience in executing investment plans against identified strategic imperatives with financial analysis, breakeven, and ROI estimations.
  • Experience in leading key channel-specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution.
