Job Title: Strategic Account Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Account Associate to join our team. As a key member of our supplier advertising team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, driving business growth, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve client goals and objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and proactive issue resolution.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and develop strategic plans to achieve client objectives.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or account management, with a strong understanding of the advertising industry.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Advanced Google G-Suite skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
