About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our supplier advertising team as a Strategic Account Associate. This is a client-facing role that requires strong analytical and communication skills to drive business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Create and execute sales strategies to achieve supplier targets and drive business results.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through effective communication and anticipation of their needs.
  • Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to drive significant business results.
  • Own a book of business and grow established brands/suppliers while cracking into new suppliers.
  • Interpret advertising metrics and summarize them into actionable items.
  • Identify performance standards and adjust performance accordingly.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to identify ideal product solutions.
  • Construct a learning agenda with results-driven strategies to scale other marketers/suppliers.
  • Become a product superuser and build relationships with clients through strong communication.
  • Document all account-related activity in Salesforce and other sales activity tools.
  • Meet or exceed all sales and account management-related goals.
Requirements
  • An obsession for detail and driving positive growth for clients.
  • Strong organizational skills and desire to exceed client expectations.
  • A desire to thrive in a fast-paced and constantly changing work environment.
  • Strong analytical and data visualization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication/presentation skills.
  • An entrepreneurial, self-starter attitude with ability to prioritize across short-term and long-term goals.
  • Advanced Google G-Suite skills and particular strength in Microsoft Excel.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce and digital advertising ecosystem is a plus.
