Strategic Account Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Account Manager to join our team at Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company Limited. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with our top clients in the consumer goods industry.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and engage with top brands in the consumer goods industry, identifying opportunities for growth and expansion.
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to meet and exceed sales targets, including protected units, transparency penetration, and other key metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build insights and use cases, leveraging data and analytics to drive business decisions.
- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to client needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity, using this knowledge to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.

Requirements- Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 5+ years of sales or marketing experience in a related field.
- 2+ years of inside sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Knowledge of procurement and source-to-pay methods at small and medium businesses.
- Experience influencing at all levels within an organization, particularly at the executive level.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines.
