Strategic Account Manager

Job Summary
The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a seasoned professional to lead our sales and customer account management activities for Walmart and Clubs customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement account development plans to retain and expand current customer relationships.
- Identify customer business requirements and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Develop short to long-term sales plans and prepare strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
- Design and implement toolkits to drive heightened incidence with partners.
- Execute investment plans against identified strategic imperatives with financial analysis, breakeven, and ROI estimations.
- Lead key channel-specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution.
Requirements and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in marketing, business administration, or related field.
- 10+ years of experience in the consumer goods industry and sales/marketing, with a proven record of key account management.
- Demonstrated ability to identify customer business requirements and suggest appropriate products, services, and solutions.
- Experience in developing short to long-term sales plans and preparing strategies to protect, grow, and diversify relationships with targeted customers.
- Proven ability to design and implement toolkits to drive heightened incidence with partners.
- Experience in executing investment plans against identified strategic imperatives with financial analysis, breakeven, and ROI estimations.
- Experience in leading key channel-specific shopper/customer insight development to build a strong insights and analytics base for channel planning and execution.
