Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Development Lead to join our team at Garlock. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing new business opportunities in your assigned region.
Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share;
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including establishing relationships with key decision-makers and negotiating deals;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales initiatives;
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and stay ahead of the competition;
- Maintain accurate sales records and provide regular sales reports to management.
Requirements and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree or above in a relevant field, such as business administration, marketing, or engineering;
