Position: EC Point of Purchase Store Supervisor

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee the operations of EC Point of Purchase stores to ensure the achievement of sales objectives.
  • Collaborate closely with both internal partners (regional teams, Brand management) and external partners (key account customers).
  • Work in conjunction with marketing and finance teams to provide accurate sales data for budgeting and forecasting.
  • Enhance operational excellence through data analysis and simplification of business models. Take the lead in tracking and analyzing inventory.
  • Engage with internal (Legal, Medical, Regulatory, Product Supply, Quality) and external (third-party distributors, etc.) stakeholders to ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.
  • Assist regional leaders and key account managers in strengthening internal and external networks to foster improved cross-group collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business or related fields.
  • A minimum of 3-4 years of experience in managing EC Point of Purchase stores.
  • Proficient in using MS Excel for data analysis.
  • Strong knowledge of Bayer's business systems and stakeholder dynamics.
  • Fluency in English is required.
