Ecommerce Store Leader

Job Overview
As an Ecommerce Store Leader at ADM, you will be responsible for driving the strategic growth and performance optimization of our Tmall flagship store. With a strong background in ecommerce operations and a keen eye for market trends, you will develop and implement effective strategies to increase sales and customer satisfaction.
Main Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning and Goal Setting: Develop and execute the overall operation strategy for the Tmall flagship store, including product layout, pricing strategy, and promotional activities, to achieve annual and quarterly sales targets.
- Operational Management and Execution: Oversee the daily management of the Tmall store, ensuring that store pages, user experience, and product listing processes meet Tmall platform requirements and company brand standards.
- Team Building and Talent Development: Establish and develop a high-performing ecommerce business team, defining internal workflows, guiding team members to enhance their skills, and fostering a positive work environment.
- Marketing and Promotion: Plan and execute various online marketing activities, leveraging Tmall's in-platform resources (such as direct channels, drill-down, and super recommendations) for precise advertising, while exploring external promotion channels to expand brand visibility.
- Data Analysis and Decision Support: Conduct in-depth data mining and analysis to provide accurate data support and decision-making basis for senior management, using analysis results to iterate and optimize operation strategies.
- Risk Management and Compliance: Ensure that store operations comply with Tmall platform regulations and relevant national laws and regulations, promptly handling unexpected situations and crisis events to minimize risk impact.
Requirements
- Full-time bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, ecommerce, or business management, with a preference for related majors.
- At least 5 years of ecommerce operation experience, with 3 years of Tmall store operation experience, and a strong background in internet giant or well-known brand Tmall flagship store operation management.
- Familiarity with Tmall platform rules and operation modes, as well as knowledge of the latest ecommerce industry trends and marketing strategies.
- Strong data-driven decision-making ability, with proficiency in using data analysis tools (such as business intelligence) for business analysis.
- Proficiency in various ecommerce platform promotion tools, including but not limited to direct channels, drill-down, and super recommendations.
- Excellent project management and team collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate internal and external resources to drive project execution.
- Strong team leadership skills, with the ability to develop and grow team members, leading the team to achieve goals.
- Excellent cross-departmental communication and coordination skills, as well as business negotiation skills, to establish good relationships with internal teams and external partners.
- A proven track record of significant sales performance growth, with experience in planning and executing large-scale promotional activities.
- Sensitivity to ecommerce market changes, with experience in leading major product launches or brand promotion activities, achieving notable effects.
- Strong sense of responsibility and resilience, with a passion for work, striving for excellence.
- Ability to solve problems quickly, with a strong capacity for learning and adapting to new things.
- High integrity, adhering to commercial ethics and professional standards, with a customer-centric approach to enhancing user experience and service quality.
