Job Summary

Store Manager - LEGO Brand Retail

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to lead our LEGO Brand Retail team. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, driving sales growth, and ensuring the overall success of our store operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Experience: Develop and implement strategies to deliver outstanding customer experiences, ensuring that every guest leaves the store feeling inspired and engaged.
  • Sales Growth: Drive sales growth through effective merchandising, inventory management, and sales promotions.
  • Store Operations: Oversee all aspects of store operations, including staff management, inventory control, and loss prevention.
  • Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing team, providing coaching, training, and feedback to ensure that team members are equipped to deliver exceptional results.
  • Business Performance: Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth and implement strategies to drive business performance.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of business plans.
  • Store Visual Merchandising: Develop and implement visually appealing store displays and layouts that showcase our products and create an engaging shopping experience.
  • Inventory Management: Manage inventory levels, including ordering, receiving, and stocking products, to ensure that the store is always fully stocked and ready for customers.
  • Loss Prevention: Implement and maintain effective loss prevention strategies to minimize shrinkage and protect company assets.

Requirements

  • Experience: At least 3 years of experience in a store management role in an international retail environment.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership ability, with a track record of developing and motivating high-performing teams.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers, staff, and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze sales data and market trends to drive business growth.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in retail POS systems and operations, with knowledge of budgeting, profit and loss statements, scheduling, and loss prevention.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English, with excellent oral and written communication skills.
