About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Manager to join our team at & Other Stories. As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and leading a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Profit Growth: Establish and achieve sales goals, monitor and follow up on sales plans and budgets to optimize profit.
  • Team Development: Develop and lead a high-performing team, ensuring they have the knowledge and skills to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
  • Customer Service: Drive an organic customer service experience that is applicable to the local customer, leading by example and coaching staff in the moment to ensure customer service expectations are met.
  • Operational Excellence: Responsible for securing all operational routines within the store, managing and recruiting staff, and overseeing plans, budgets, and variable costs for the store.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 2-3 years senior store management experience, including leadership of a group.
  • Leadership Style: Inspirational and motivating leadership approach that makes you the natural core of the team.
  • Communication Skills: Straightforward communication skill and ability to create an open atmosphere that allows your team to grow.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in written and spoken Mandarin and English.
