We are seeking a talented and creative Digital Product UI/UX Designer to join our dynamic team at Ford Motor Company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user interface and user experience design, with a passion for creating intuitive and visually appealing digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

As a Digital Product UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for the design and user experience of the Ford Mobile App and the Ford Brand site. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collaborating with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring our digital products to life.
  • Designing and developing user-centered digital products that meet the needs of our customers.
  • Developing and maintaining a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final designs.
  • Staying up-to-date with the latest design trends and technologies.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital product environment.
  • A strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members.
  • Ability to think strategically and translate brand values into concrete design solutions.
  • Proven experience in managing relationships with external suppliers.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel.
  • Fluent oral English.
