Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Commerce Lead to join our team at BRIONI (SHANGHAI) TRADING LTD. As a key player in our expansion plans in Greater China, you will be responsible for setting up and developing our digital presence in the region. Your mission will be to drive the growth of our e-commerce platform, develop a digital marketing and CRM strategy, and enhance the overall customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive Digital Commerce Evolution
    • Define the web and tech development roadmap for our WeChat mini-programme and website.
    • Manage technical upgrades and releases, ensuring efficient project management and quality assurance.
    • Act as the prime testing agent for all digital commerce platforms and report on quality assurance issues.
    • Represent Brioni with local partners and implement headquarters' digital strategy.
  • Manage Digital Commerce and Marketing Activities
    • Monitor effective order fulfilment and determine the optimal online product assortment and merchandising techniques.
    • Localize the global content strategy and own the publication calendar, ensuring timely publication of products, catalogue variations, and editorial contents.
    • Manage the e-commerce CMS, OMS, and PIM/DAM to implement new pages, update website menu and navigation, and manage omnichannel features.
    • Execute digital marketing activities on WeChat, Baidu, SMS, MMS, and email marketing campaigns, planning deliveries, contents production, and optimizing products display and SEO.
  • Identify and Implement Tactics for Continuous Improvements
    • Identify opportunities to drive growth based on consumer insights, market research, customer feedback, and digital analytics.
    • Conduct quarterly UX/UI assessment and benchmark of competitors' landscape.
    • Alert on legislation evolutions and optimize order fulfilment processes with retail operations for improved efficiency and UX.
  • Drive CRM Local Digital CRM Agenda
    • Develop client data analysis insights, merging offline and online channels, and suggest how to successfully adapt global CRM strategies for recruitment and retention in Greater China.
    • Optimize CRM mechanisms and be responsible for KPIs such as repeat, retention, activation, recruitment, churn rate, annual spending, and AOV on digital commerce channels.
  • Support Retail Marketing and E-PR
    • Support big shopping occasions, key events, and other promotions in store/shopping mall, leveraging and tying in landlords' marketing calendar and resources.
    • Assist in managing official social accounts and regular pitching to generate coverage on social and digital platforms.
    • Collaborate with all corporate and retail teams to ensure online and offline marketing activities align with commercial needs.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or a similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital marketing, CRM, e-commerce, and marketing, with sensitivity to luxury.
  • Experience with WeChat mini-program management and advertising.
  • Strong project management skills with acquired methodology.
  • Demonstrated experience and creativity in digital marketing campaigns and promotions.
  • Passionate, initiative taker, able to multi-task and work against deadlines.
  • Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
  • Previous experience of headless eCommerce and reporting tools is a plus.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin, spoken and written.
