Job Summary

We're seeking a highly skilled Senior Designer to lead the design of our products and services. As a Senior Designer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing design strategies that drive business results and improve the user experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and customer insights, and use this information to inform design decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design of our products and services, ensuring that they meet the needs of our customers and drive business results.
  • Develop and implement design strategies that align with business goals and customer insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and customer insights.
  • Use data and customer feedback to inform design decisions and iterate on designs.
  • Collaborate with product management, research, and engineering teams to ensure that design solutions meet business and customer needs.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in design, and apply this knowledge to improve our products and services.

Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in product design, with a strong portfolio of work.
  • Advanced knowledge of design principles, human-centered design, and design systems.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to develop and implement design strategies.
  • Strong understanding of business goals and customer needs, and ability to use this information to inform design decisions.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, and Adobe Creative Suite.
