About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to work on a wide range of projects, from concept to production, and to collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and growth. You will be responsible for creating highly relevant top-class design solutions and ensuring the accurate translation of those into techpacks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Be a Consumer Obsession champion with a special emphasis on winning the China consumer within different tier cities across China.
  • Advocate storytelling throughout the design team and drive intuitive visual solutions in product concepts.
  • Design concepts and products that maintain consumer advocacy while delivering against the product brief.
  • Present stories and ideas cross-functionally with effectiveness to gain consensus.
  • Always stay up to date on the latest trends both externally and internally.
  • Live the behavior philosophy of the brand built around creativity, collaboration, and confidence.
  • Create highly relevant top-class design solutions and ensure the accurate translation of those into techpacks.
  • Follow up of creative strategy on sample level and ensure maximum market and consumer relevancy.
  • Maximize results within given budget and timeframes.
  • Present and communicate creative solutions with clarity, effectively selling in ideas to various stakeholders.
  • Identify opportunities of improvement and change, and initiate own proposals/projects.
  • Seek out new Design resources that can deliver world-class results.
Requirements:
  • Undergraduate level Design education or combination thereof.
  • Solid education and advanced experience in the creative development of communication tools.
  • At least 3 years' experience in Sporting Goods/Fashion Industry or Design.
  • Cross-functional expertise in addition to Design would be advantageous.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
