Senior UX Designer for Mobile Apps

iHerb, a global e-commerce leader, is seeking a talented Senior UX Designer to join our dynamic team in Shanghai, China. As a key member of our design team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience of our mobile app and desktop platforms, serving millions of users worldwide.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead the design process for mobile apps, from concept to final implementation, ensuring a consistent and high-quality user experience.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, developers, and other designers, to create intuitive and visually appealing designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and iterate on design concepts.
- Design visually appealing interfaces that align with our brand guidelines and create a positive emotional connection with users.
- Stay updated with industry trends, design tools, and emerging technologies to continuously improve design processes.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field, or an equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a strong portfolio showcasing mobile app design projects.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, etc.
- Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
- Experience with user research methodologies and usability testing.
- Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
