Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead UX Designer to join our team at Blizzard Entertainment. This role will be responsible for leading the design of user experiences for our games, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that our products meet the highest standards of quality and usability.

Key Responsibilities

- Collaborate with the UX/UI leadership team to develop and implement user experience strategies that align with the company’s goals and vision.
- Lead the design of user experiences for our games, including user interface, user research, and usability testing.
- Mentor and coach junior designers to help them grow and develop their skills.
- Work closely with game development stakeholders to ensure that design specifications are met and that features are built to a high standard.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders to ensure that design needs are met.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design.

Requirements

- 8+ years of experience as a UX designer or similar role.
- 3+ years of experience as a lead or people manager in the design field.
- Experience with UX implementation in a modern engine or platform.
- Experience with designing multiple control schemes.
- Strong portfolio showcasing UX design skills and experience.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
