Key Responsibilities:- Design and user experience of the Ford Mobile App and the Ford Brand site
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and other designers to bring our digital products to life
- Develop a strong portfolio showcasing your design process, problem-solving skills, and final designs, with examples relevant to mobile apps and brand sites
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in UI/UX design, preferably in a digital product environment
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, information architecture, and interaction design
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate design decisions and collaborate effectively with team members
- Ability to think strategically and translate brand values into concrete design solutions
- Proven experience in managing relationships with external suppliers
- Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools like InVision or Marvel
