Job Description

Tax Function

• Handle monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations as well as submit different external reports like statistical bureau reports.
• Assist in export tax refund procedures to enhance efficiency and processing.
• Provide support during audits and furnish necessary explanations and documents to meet the requirements of tax authorities and relevant bodies.
• Aid in setting up tax-related systems within the company by collaborating with third parties based on specific business needs to establish relevant tools and systems.
• Conduct Transfer Pricing (TP) analysis and propose TP adjustments. Prepare Transfer Pricing Documentation (TPD).

Other Function

• Assist in managing fixed assets and conducting physical inventory checks.
• Oversee and participate in warehouse inventory cycle counts.
• Support digital invoice initiatives.
• Handle partial invoicing tasks.

Qualification Requirements

• Hold a university degree, preferably a bachelor's degree.
• Thorough understanding of tax policies and practices with a minimum of 3 years of experience in taxation.
• Proficient in MS Office with advanced Excel analytics skills.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, SAP experience is a plus.
• Excellent English communication skills.
