Job Description

Tax Function

Monthly, quarterly, and annual tax declarations, and submit various external reports such as statistical bureau reports.Support and assist in export tax refund work when needed, improve matching efficiency and export tax refund.Assist in auditing and provide relevant explanations and supporting documents in accordance with the requirements of the tax bureau, foreign exchange bureau, Industry and Commerce Bureau and other relevant authorities.Support on tax related system setup within the company, communicate business needs with third parties based on the actual situation of the company to establish relevant invoice and tax support system tools.TP analysis and TP adjustment proposal. TPD document preparation.月度，季度，年度税务申报，并申报统计局报表等各类外部报表。在需要时支持协助出口退税工作，提高匹配效率和出口退税。根据税务局、外汇局和工商等相关部门的要求，协助审计，并提供相关解释和支持文件。支持公司内部税务相关系统的建立，根据公司的实际情况与第三方沟通业务需求，建立相关的发票和税务支持系统工具。TP分析以提供TP调整建议。TPD 文件的准备。

Other Function

Support on Fixed asset management and physical count check.Supervise and to be involved in warehouse inventory cycle count.Support on digital invoice project.Partially invoicing issue work.支持固定资产管理和实物盘点监督并参与仓库库存周期盘点支持数电发票项目部分开票工作

Qualification Requirements

University graduated, bachelor’s degree.Be familiar with tax policy and tax work, with experience at least 3 years.Good at MS office, experienced excel analysis skills.Knowledge of ERP system, SAP is priority.Good English Skills and can communicate in English.大学毕业，学士学位。熟悉税务政策和税务工作，有至少3年以上税务工作经验。擅长MS办公，有丰富的excel分析技能。具备ERP系统知识，SAP优先。具备良好的英语技能，可以用英文进行交流。
