**Role Overview**
Responsible for planning, organizing, and executing programs.

**Responsibilities**
• Supervising project processes and procedures, monitoring team productivity and performance.
• Managing all project aspects, setting deadlines, assigning responsibilities, and tracking progress.
• Reviewing and ensuring compliance with project materials, methodologies, and procedures.
• Preparing and delivering program-level reports for senior management.

**Degree Requirement**
Degree or equivalent relevant experience preferred

**Planning:** Tactical, Strategic: Proficient in effective planning methods, contributing to operational, tactical, and strategic planning to support business objectives.
