About the SAP Internship Experience Program:

The SAP Internship Experience Program is SAP's global, paid internship program that provides university students with the opportunities to find purpose in their careers.

What you'll do:

You will work in a scrum team to:

Assist global team to arrange/facilitate cross region meetings. Assist global finance controller to complete Asia Pacific financial report (process is given) Assist the 3rd party contract process Facilitate global on duty schedule Assist internal project management

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

Excellent English communication skills (Oral + Email Written), experience of working with foreigners virtually. Familiar with Office tools, Excel, Teams, Slides Nice to have exchange student experience Can work for minimum 3 days a week for at least 6 months onsite in Shanghai.

Meet your team:

Being part of the IT Services organization, Solution Management and Operation(SMO) team is responsible for the end-to-end operation of SAP ́s internal mission critical services based on SAP ́s own or other innovative technologies to run our global business.

SMO is responsible for the complete life cycle management (building, maintaining and operating) of the internal end-to-end hybrid solutions and business systems landscapes, balancing innovations and stable operations. With our highly motivated international teams, we drive and execute all required activities based on an end-to-end approach and facilitate all functions like design, production, and service of those landscapes.

The implementation of latest technologies like S/4HANA and SAP ́s Cloud products is the foundation of SAP ́s digital transformation. We closely work together with the development teams at SAP on a variety of Co-Innovation projects and act as SAP ́s first customer.
