What you'll do:

Drive and support university collaboration like exchanges innovation and AI.

• Organize SAP technology promotion events in universities.
• Contact university professors and students and arrange project details.
• Drive AI innovation campaigns to students to cultivate an AI innovation mindset.
• Monitor the program execution and provide immediate support.

Labs China strategic programs on "Patent" and related topic.

• Learn and understand the secrets of a patent and its application process.
• Monitor patent progress and check data regularly.
• Work with the developer and explore the potential of a new patent on AI.
• Organize events to inspire people to innovate on AI patents.
• Organize patent mentor engagement meet-up events and regular syn-ups.
• Facilitate internal/external exchange AI sessions.

Support Labs' strategic programs on business AI

• Together with Microsoft, AWS and other partners, drive programs to upskill colleagues' technologies on AI (Chatgpt, Claude3)
• Work with LoBs team to develop gen-AI innovations.
• Organize Labs China innovation campaign to cultivate more potential innovation cases on AI
• Work with the team and develop the AI use cases by leveraging AI technologies.
• Other operations.

What you bring:

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stay curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning.

• Bachelor's degree or above.
• Good project management skills
• Good inter-personal & inter-cultural communication skills
• Fluent English & Mandarin is a must.
• Understanding AI and C++, as well as Java programming skills, is preferred.
• Faster learner, team spirit, highly motivated, ability to take initiative and work independently with carefulness.
• Good ability at independent working and problem-solving
• Track record of leading cross-functional, virtual teams in a matrix environment.
• Candidates preferred - have systematic AI trainings or with AI related project experience
• Candidates preferred – orginate from economic and social weaker areas; or study at universities located in economic or social weaker areas
• Can work for minimum 4-5 days a week for at least 6 months onsite in Shanghai

Meet your team:

The intern of SAP Labs China Labs Managing Director Office Team will work on innovation activities in the Labs Operation Team, including university collaboration, Lab innovation topics, employee upskilling programs, and strategic AI programs. He/she will work with other Labs Operation Team members to ensure the smooth operation of Labs China.
