What Will You Be Doing?
As a Data Analyst role in Abercrombie & Fitch Co., you will play a crucial role in understanding customer behavior, optimizing marketing strategies, and driving data-driven decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze customer data, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Fluency in both English and Chinese is required for effective communication with stakeholders.
Understand business team requests, conduct ad-hoc analyses to answer business questions and provide actionable insights. Provide recommendations based on data insights from customer profile, purchase, and behavioral data to lift-up customer value, marketing effectiveness and brands member base. Define and design key performance indicators (KPIs), create dashboards and reports to visualize business performance. Leverage data tools at eCommerce platform databank at Tmall and drive business optimization including Tmall, WeChat eCommerce through data-led technology and methodology. Work with data scientist in developing models, , customer LTV, product recommendation etc. Monitor data quality and troubleshoot issues related to data ingestion. Collaborate with cross functional and vendor teams to support system and process improvements including database targeting, data quality, legal, accounting, etc. Identify opportunities for process standardization and improvement and cost optimization. Present findings to stakeholders in non-technical language with clear and concise manner.What Do You Need To Bring?
3-5 years of customer and marketing analytics experience with a successful track record, either in-house or at top agencies. Bachelor's degree required, with analytics focus on a relevant field, , statistics, business analytics, data science, computer science etc. Strong analytical skills, data interpretation, and problem-solving skills. Proficient in using Excel, be able to develop PowerBI dashboard. SQL and analytical software (, Python or R) with modeling/programming skills is a plus. Excellent communication skills in both English and Chinese.Our Company
