Main Objectives / Area of impact / Influence on business and organization :

  • Driving retail sales & new business development in China market
  • Applying VB Bathroom&Wellness Corporate & Regional sales strategy
  • Influencing V&B market shares in China and meeting sustainable business growth & profitability targets
  • Driving retail sales growth, showroom management, and sell out with excellent retail planning and execution of the right product, pricing, place, and promotion

Main Position Tasks :

  1. Task: Retail strategy and New Market Development:
    • To identify & evaluate appropriate Route-To-Market strategies including geographic expansion
    • Recruitment of new exclusive V&B distributors and support of the distributor system
    • Ensure excellent execution of sales plans and market share growth
  2. Task: Showroom Expansion and quality management
    • Lead and manage showroom development/expansion plan
    • Add new V&B full product mono-brand showrooms and upgrade non-conforming showrooms
    • Flagship showroom strategy implementation in key cities
  3. Task: Promotion Mechanism & Retail Sell out
    • Develop national level promotion mechanism and work with various teams for effective implementation
    • Manage and track retail sell out performance closely
    • Unified management of market activities to enhance showroom sell-out
  4. Task: Retail Sales Channel Development
    • Collaborate with digital marketing department to link showroom sales and designer channels
    • Strategic cooperation with various retail channels for expansion
    • Manage big retail channel planning in coordination with online channels
  5. Task: Retail Team Management & Development
    • Demonstrate strong leadership and be a role model for all retail teams
    • Direct and lead team for excellent retail execution
    • Ensure cross-functional needs are incorporated in business/strategy action plans
    • Review performance of direct reports and contribute to team development

Required Qualifications

Education: University Degree

  • At least 10 years' experience in sales and marketing with a focus on Retail sales Development
  • A competent sales leader with a good track record
  • Strong analysis and logical ability with high business acumen
  • Must build collaborative partnerships internally and externally
  • Excellent presenter and team player comfortable with travel

Specific Knowledge: Workable ability in English and skilled PC operator
