Position Summary, 职位概述

负责公司亚太总部办公室公共设施和ATC外围公共设施日常维护和运行。制定并执行预防性维护和费用计划,提出并编制维护和改造方案,不断降低成本提高效率,不断提高设备的运转率。确保公共设施安全的、可靠的、经济的运行。

Job Responsibilities, 工作职责

ATC设备设施运行管理

1. 负责HVAC系统运行操作,公共设施节能减排和实验室房间风管改造

2. 负责公共设施图纸和预防性维修保养记录存档

3. 用电优化,统计和分析每月实际电量,按照气温和使用的工况要求,合理优化设备运行

4. 负责ATC公共设施特种设备日常管理运行及检验,与检验单位、区监察部门保持联系,及时检验,确保特种设备安全、可靠运行,并符合国家特种设备安全法,检验完成率达到100%

5. 部门同事提出安全隐患,及时响应员工的整改和其它要求

6. 根据实验室改造和新设备引入项目需求,配合实验室用户做好相应外围公共设施改造以及安全监管。

7. 发生紧急突发事件,负责和实验室安全主管参与妥善处理

8. 遇到高风险的改造和维修工作,参与和负责施工方案审核,现场监督

9. 监督承包商完成安全部门的安全培训,现场监护承包商在ATC施工安全和质量

10. 负责和监督ATC消防设施安全管理,运行操作,定期维护保养及应急抢修,预防性维修

11. 参与ATC公共设施安全管理及事故RCA分析

ATC设备设施维保管理
1. 每季度完成对风动设备风机振动测试,分析并提出相应的对策措施

2. 负责ATC公共设施的维护检修计划,按照计划每月按时完成,确保设备正常运行

Site设备设施运行管理
1. 负责办公楼HVAC系统和新风系统运行操作,公共设施节能减排和办公室、公共设施改造

3. 负责公共设施图纸和维修保养记录存档

4. 负责和参与每年汛前建筑和防汛设施物资完整性检查

5. 配合设施经理负责和监督消防设施安全管理,运行操作,定期维护保养及应急抢修,预防性维修

6. 配合设施经理参与投资公司安全管理及事故RCA分析

Site设备设施维保管理
1.熟悉滚动轴承旋转设备的振动分析技术,能够熟练综合使用各种振动分析方法,精确判断设备故障原因和部位

2.负责投资公司公共设施的维护检修计划,跟踪和监督每月投资公司公共设施运行状况,执行安全工作许可证制度

Site安保设施维保管理

1.配合设施经理对安保设施进行维保及检修,包括电动移门、门禁和访客系统、监控系统、红外线系统、车辆识别系统等进行维保及检修;

房东承包商維修

1.配合设施经理负责和监护房东委派的承包商基础设施的维修工作

Requirements, 要求

工程管理等相关专业本科学历,五年相关工作经验,有项目施工管理经验,具有机械设备维护知识,可靠性和预防性维护,暖通、消防等方面专业知识,熟练的使用CAD制图软件。

熟悉国家的特种设备相关规定,持有特种设备管理及操作证书、高低压电工证书优先考虑。

沟通协调能力强,善于处理复杂问题,有良好的客户服务意识和执行力, 基本英语使用并能够进行PPT、excel制作(汇报资料)。
