Amazon offers businesses the chance to sell their products globally on the Amazon platform. With over 300 million active customer accounts, including 200 million Prime members, Amazon is rapidly expanding its infrastructure to support worldwide growth, especially in cross-border sales.



KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Creating listings: Sellers must provide Amazon with product data following content guidelines. The goal is to streamline this process for sellers.

Responsibilities:

  • Integrating seller content into the Amazon platform.
  • Incorporating external content into Amazon websites using provided templates.
  • Enhancing existing product content on Amazon for products with high visibility but poor content.
  • Collaborating with sellers to understand their needs and improve integration processes.
  • Assisting the Onboarding team with tools for complex integrations.
We are looking to hire candidates in Hangzhou, Shanghai, or Shenzhen, China.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • Bachelor's degree or higher with at least three years of relevant experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially MS Excel.
  • Strong communication skills for internal and external interactions.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and a focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Strong project management skills and ability to work independently.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
  • Problem-solving skills and dedication to operational excellence.
  • Familiarity with IT systems, XML feeds, SQL/DW is a plus.
