Responsibilities:

Production and Process Management
- Manage complex formulation processes like granulation, compression, and encapsulation, ensuring timely and high-quality production within reasonable costs.
As the production area owner, oversee all aspects including people, equipment, facilities, materials, procedures, and processes. Ensure quality, safety, health, and compliance standards are met throughout manufacturing operations.
Accountable for investigating and improving any issues or deviations within boundaries using problem-solving tools like Lv0, PPS, and 6 Sigma.
Drive continuous process improvement through lean methods such as 5s, BPM, and standardization.
Promote digital initiatives and enhance digital capabilities across the team.
Identify and manage opportunities and risks within the owned area.

People Management and Team Development:

Production Manager Responsibilities
- Manage teams directly or through Team Leaders, overseeing performance and development of both teams and individuals.
Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations, policies, and GMP/SHE requirements. Provide necessary on-the-job and continuous training for team members.
Maintain company culture and foster a healthy team climate.
Enhance team capability and organizational effectiveness.
Develop subordinates' professional and leadership capabilities through coaching, delegation, and training programs.

Project and Continuous Improvement Initiatives Management:

Lead or participate in continuous improvement projects such as validations, capital introductions, technical transfers, lean, and digital initiatives. Ensure timely project execution to deliver high performance.
Conduct impact assessments for each change control as the business representative using a risk-based approach.

Documentation:

Production Related Documents
- Author production-related documents like work instructions and reports.
Review and approve production documents as necessary.
Ensure production records are executed and reviewed as per requirements.

Assets Management:

Ensure production capacity matches the assets and manage the assessment accordingly.

Stakeholder Management:

Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including quality, technical, supply chain, E&SHE departments to manage production-related affairs.
