The ideal candidate will become a vital member of our dynamic team and will be entrusted with the following responsibilities:YOUR FOCUS
  • Strategize and oversee key accounts within the Pharma Solutions sector in China
  • Formulate and implement business strategies and initiatives to drive sales growth in key Pharma Solutions accounts in China
  • Cultivate enduring relationships with key accounts
  • Pursue business prospects and manage the project pipeline within key accounts
  • Emphasize achieving budgetary goals and profitable sales targets, fostering new business opportunities, nurturing customer relationships, optimizing sales channels, and addressing customer issues
HOW YOU WILL CONTRIBUTE AND LEAD
  • Nurture strong relationships with key accounts in Pharma Solutions across China
  • Supervise key accounts and capitalize on growth prospects to meet annual sales targets
  • Devise and implement key account plans, negotiate contracts to achieve sales objectives, and promote profitable growth within key accounts
  • Identify and advance new business opportunities to enhance sales in key accounts
  • Facilitate communication between customers and other company departments (e.g., global key account manager, technical, supply chain) to offer value-added services
  • Create sales presentations, call strategies, proposals, and reports for both internal and external communication
  • Collect and disseminate market intelligence pertaining to key accounts and competitive strategies, contributing to the evaluation of competitive insights relevant to key accounts
  • Prepare Sales & Orders Forecasts and Budget Planning for key accounts
Job RequirementsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
  • B.Sc. in Pharmaceutical or Chemistry, or related field;
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in sales management within a fine chemicals company specializing in Pharmaceutical applications or related areas;
  • Proficient in oral and written English communication
  • Driven individual with a commitment to execution excellence, turning possibilities into realities, and a strong desire for success
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for impactful interactions internally and externally
  • Independent and mature, capable of working autonomously with minimal supervision from the onset, taking ownership of set goals
  • Result-focused and prompt to implement corrective actions as necessary
