YOUR ROLE
  • Manage SHE activity of all-workshops PUR and MMA ,improve the process to reduce the production line SHE risk 25% and reduce the waste.
  • Manage the daily work order on time to ensure the MSA to be 99%.
  • Manage Process improvement such as cycle time reduction, quality stable, productivity etc. and make product related complaint investigation25%.
  • Manage the quality for all products we made, reduce CCMS 5%.
  • Team management, and recruitment, training, assessment subordinate performance 20%.

  • Take responsibilities of production line 's all activities include staff management, process, quality, SHE, products commissioning etc.
  • Make sure workshop meet Henkel SHE standard, and quality satisfy with customer requirement, stable team.
  • Obey to supervisor assignment and back up.
YOUR SKILLS
  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Chemical major and education background.
  • 5-10 years working years.
  • Fluent English.
