角色描述:

To deliver the best possible outcomes from investment and expenditure, to the expected standards whilst maintaining business continuity and customer satisfaction that responds to the business need.

角色责任:

  • To deliver elements of Cost & Commercial assignments under the supervision of more senior members of staff
  • To provide support in the delivery of projects and professional assignments.
  • To be able to take a simple brief from a more senior member of staff and act upon it.
  • To gain knowledge and experience in Cost services across a broad spectrum of the Cost & Commercial product range.
  • To provide all work outputs in an accurate and timely manner.

资格和经验:

  • Recognized Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
  • Ideally a recognised degree which is eligible for RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors) or equivalent
  • Good communication, inter-personal and analytical skills
  • Fluent in English and Chinese, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in PC application
  • Good organising and analytical skills
